As women grow older they will eventually hit menopause. It is a very difficult time for those around the women at the time especially if they are unaware that she is going through this. I recommend that everyone know the menopause symptoms so that they are able to support your loved ones when the time comes. Our family was able to get through the time and support our mom and I hope everyone is able to do the same. Notice the symptoms and support her. She deserves it.
